The invention relates to digital equipment for measuring current and voltage parameters, in particular to digital equipment for measuring current and voltage phasors, which digital equipment is intended for use in power facilities. What is proposed is: a device (1) for synchronized vectorial voltage and current measurements, said device comprising an analogue-to-digital conversion unit (2), which is equipped with analogue voltage and current measurement interfaces (3) and (4) and is connected at the output to the first input of a voltage and current phasor calculation unit (5) via a unit (6) for generating an internal digital flow, which is equipped with an input (7) for receiving clocked synchronization signals, wherein the voltage and current phasor calculation unit (5) is equipped with a second input, to which a unit (8) for receiving calendar synchronization signals is connected, with a third input to which the output of a unit (9) for receiving digital flows is connected, and with an output, which is connected to an output communications interface (10). The technical result of the use of the invention under consideration consists in extending the field of use of the synchronized vectorial measurement device. In particular, the possibility is provided of using the device both in "digital substations" with a digital process bus and in traditional substations without a digital process bus.
