<p>This switching circuit (1) is provided with a transistor (11), a sense resistor (12) which is connected to the transistor (11) and receives the current flowing in the transistor (11), an overcurrent detection circuit (13) which detects whether or not the current flowing in the transistor (11) is an overcurrent from the voltage between both terminals of the sense resistor (12), a control circuit (15) which controls switching of the transistor (11) and which limits the switching control if the overcurrent detection circuit (13) detects that the current flowing in the transistor (11) is an overcurrent, and a level shift circuit (14) which is inserted between the overcurrent detection circuit (13) and the control circuit (15) and which shifts the level of the signal from the overcurrent detection circuit (13) and transmits said signal to the control circuit (15), wherein the ground potential of the overcurrent detection circuit (13) is different from the ground potential of the control circuit (15).</p> |
