A rotary magnet (120) is combined with the rotary shaft. The rotary magnet rotates with the rotary shaft. An axial movable magnet (130) moves along the rotary shaft. The polarity of the rotary magnet is different from the polarity of the axial movable magnet in a plurality of regions. |
