摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A reserve quantity automatic distribution method is provided to increase the accuracy of a reserve quantity and to contribute to degree improvement of a mid-term. CONSTITUTION: Manufacture-bill of material (M-BOM) quantity information of an existing actual material call line is received from a product lifecycle management (PLM) module (S210). The M-BOM quantity information is converted into an enterprise resource planning (ERP) quantity information type (S220). Whether an activity code which is matched with an activity code for a mid-term of a new call line exists within the ERP quantity information of an actual material call line or not is determined (S230). An actual material quality corresponding to the matched activity code within the actual material call line is distributed as a reserve quality for the activity code of the new call line if there is the matched activity code (S240). An actual material quality corresponding to an arbitrary activity code within a new call line which is similar to the activity code in the new call line is distributed as the reserve quality for the activity code of the new call line if there is no matched activity code (S250).
