PURPOSE: A battery module prevents the leakage of harmful gas generated from a battery cell to a part where a plurality of heat exchange members is adjacent to each other and the inflow of outer coolant. CONSTITUTION: A battery module comprises a plurality of battery cells (100); a plurality of heat-exchange members (200) each of which includes an insertion groove (210) where at least one or more battery cells are inserted and cooling fins (220) extended from the both ends thereof and arranged on top of each other; and a sealing unit for sealing parts where the heat-exchange members are adjacent to each other. The plurality of heat-exchange members are pressurized and fixed by a long bolt and a nut (N). The insertion groove is formed on both sides of the heat exchange member in the laminating direction thereof.
