PURPOSE: A polyurethane foam composition is provided to form a polyurethane buffer rubber with excellent dynamic properties and to improve storage properties and efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A polyurethane foam composition comprises 1,300-1,700 parts by weight of polyol with a dispersity of 3 or less; 10-35 parts by weight of a prepolymer obtained by the reaction of the polyol and isocyanate; 0.1-5 parts by weight of a foaming agent; 0.1-5 parts by weight of a surfactant; and 0.05-3 parts by weight of a catalyst. The polyol is obtained by the reaction of an adipic acid and ethylene glycol.
