PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device is provided to obtain a slim device by omitting at least one light guide panel. CONSTITUTION: A first LCD panel (600U) receives light and produces an image. The light is emitted from the first exit surface of a light guide plate. A first main circuit substrate (500U) provides an electric signal to the first LCD panel. A second main circuit substrate provides an electric signal to a second LCD panel. A heat radiation member (300) releases the heat generated from the first and the second main circuit substrate.
