There is proposed measuring device having a base portion adapted to fit over and around a first object, wherein the first object is then located within the base portion, a body with a lower portion and an upper portion, the lower portion of the body adapted to rotatably engage with the base portion and the upper portion of the body adapted to house a measuring means, wherein the body is rotatable about the base portion to direct the measuring means towards a second object, the measuring means then being actuated to measure the distance between the first and second objects. |
