PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polycarbonate resin non-oriented film having extremely high thickness accuracy by subjecting a polycarbonate resin having a specific structure to melt extrusion molding.SOLUTION: A polycarbonate resin having a structural unit that originates in a dihydroxy compound of formula (1) is subjected to melt extrusion molding by the following condition. [1] A lip length of a flow direction of a film in a T-die is made to be 15-50 mm.
