PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit device capable of suppressing occurrence of failure caused by a start of a power supply destination device in an electronic apparatus using non-contact power transfer, and further to provide the electronic apparatus or the like.SOLUTION: A circuit device 90 includes a power supply management section and a control section. The power supply management section includes: first and second accumulation control sections that receive power from a power receiving section and perform control for accumulating charge with respect to first and second charge accumulation sections; and a power supply section for supplying power supply to a power supply destination device on the basis of the charge accumulated in the first and second charge accumulation sections. The power supply section supplies the power on the basis of the charge accumulated in the second charge accumulation section to the power supply destination device in a start period of the power supply destination device. The control section performs control for limiting or stopping charge accumulation to the first charge accumulation section by the first accumulation control section in the start period of the power supply destination device.
