PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a serum preparation apparatus that can give a large amount of serum with high culture efficiency regardless of freshness of blood used.SOLUTION: A serum preparation apparatus 1B for preparing serum from blood containing at least platelets includes: a blood reservoir portion 10B that retains the blood; an ultrasonic radiator storage portion 14 that is provided in the blood reservoir portion 10B, and can store an ultrasonic transducer 13 which generates ultrasound; and a component storage portion 20 that is connected with the blood reservoir portion 10B aseptically and airtightly, and stores serum that is separated from blood retained in the blood reservoir portion 20. |
