PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit device capable of suppressing occurrence of communication failure or the like due to power shortage in an electronic apparatus using non-contact power transfer, and further to provide the electronic apparatus or the like.SOLUTION: A circuit device includes: a power supply management section that receives power from a power receiving section for receiving the power from a power transmission device by non-contact power transfer, performs control for accumulating charge with respect to a charge accumulation section and supplies power supply to a power supply destination device on the basis of the charge accumulated in the charge accumulation section; and a control section for performing control processing of the power supply management section. The control section performs control for limiting or stopping charge accumulation to the charge accumulation section by the power supply management section in a period of data communication with the power transmission device via the power receiving section.
