PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tab lead which can ensure efficient insulation without causing short circuit, even if an exterior body is heat sealed while adopting strict heat seal conditions.SOLUTION: The tab lead is constituted by bonding a first insulation film 11 of resin to one side of a partial region of a metal plate 2 in the length direction, and bonding a second insulation film 12 of resin to the other side of the partial region, by mutually welding and integrating both ends of the first insulation film and both ends of the second insulation film, by forming a first bulge 11a projecting outward in the thickness direction at both ends 21, 22 of the metal plate 2 in the width direction and in a region corresponding to the vicinity thereof in the first insulation film 11, and forming a second bulge 12a projecting outward in the thickness direction at both ends 21, 22 of the metal plate 2 in the width direction and in a region corresponding to the vicinity thereof in the second insulation film 12. |
