PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic probe sufficiently allowing a bend of a finger or a hand.SOLUTION: An element chip 22 includes ultrasonic transducer elements provided in a plurality of openings disposed in a substrate in an array state. The element chip 22 is connected with a flexible wiring member 23. The flexible wiring member 23 forms an annular body surrounding a space 29. The flexible wiring member 23 is connected with a control circuit 24. The control circuit 24 is electrically connected to the transducer elements.
