PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current summing D/A converter that implements a high speed operation and a low distortion of an output signal.SOLUTION: The D/A converter includes: n unit cells each including a constant current source 511, cascode transistors 551, 561 capable of being supplied with a current from the constant current source 511, and differential switch transistors 531, 541 connected between the constant current source 511 and the cascode transistors 551, 561 to control the current supply from the constant current source 511 to the cascode transistors 551, 561. At least part of the unit cells include auxiliary current sources 590, 591 for supplying a constant value of auxiliary current between a source and a drain of the cascode transistors 551, 561. |
