PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the deformation efficiency of a piezoelectric actuator.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric actuator 22 includes a first piezoelectric layer 35 and a second piezoelectric layer 36 which are laminated in the thickness direction, an inside electrode 40 arranged between the first piezoelectric layer 35 and the second piezoelectric layer 36, a first outside electrode 41 arranged in an area on the side of the first piezoelectric layer 35 which is opposite to the second piezoelectric layer 36 and facing the inside electrode 40, and a second outside electrode 42 arranged in an area on the side of the second piezoelectric layer 36 which is opposite to the first piezoelectric layer 35 and facing the inside electrode 40. A first low dielectric section 45 is arranged oppositely to the central section of a pressure chamber 24 between the inside electrode 40 and the first piezoelectric layer 35. A second low dielectric section 46 is arranged oppositely to the periphery portion of the pressure chamber 24 between the inside electrode 40 and the second piezoelectric layer 36. |
