PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a data carrier to be stuck on metal, which can perform stable radio communication; a sticking method of the data carrier; and a radio communication method.SOLUTION: A data carrier 10 to be stuck on metal is a data carrier to be stuck on metal that is to be stuck on the metal, and comprises: a base sheet 11; an electronic circuit 21 formed on the base sheet 11; a resin layer 13 laminated on the base sheet 11 and including a magnetic powder which has a real part magnetic permeability μ' of 20 or more at a frequency of 1 MHz when a sheet of 50% content is fabricated; and a spacer layer 14 laminated on the resin layer 13. The content of the magnetic powder in the resin layer 13, and a distance from an interface between the resin layer 13 and the spacer layer to a metal surface satisfy a predetermined relation. |
