PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three dimensional heterojunction CNT solar cell capable of improving photoelectric conversion efficiency.SOLUTION: The three dimensional heterojunction CNT solar cell comprises: a metal electrode 2 as a negative electrode; a transparent conductive film 4 formed on a surface of a transparent substrate 3 of a window member, as a positive electrode; and a power generation layer 5 arranged between both these electrodes. The power generation layer 5 consists of an n-type substrate 6 arranged on a surface of the metal electrode 2; and a mixed layer 9 containing a p-type carbon nano tube 7 and n-type semiconductor fine particles 8. |
