PURPOSE: A cultivation method of Gynura procumbens is provided to convert vanadium to be easily absorbed to the human body by using cultivation water containing vanadium. CONSTITUTION: An electrolyzing tank (200) electrolyzes water heated to a constant temperature to obtain ionized water which is separated into hydrogen water and acidic water. A first tank heats the ionized water and promotes the reaction of acidic and hydrogen ions with Tricholoma matsutake to obtain a Tricholoma matsutake extract. A second tank makes the Tricholoma matsutake extract react with magnesium for discharging the acidic or hydrogen ions, and induces the selective reaction of the discharged acidic or hydrogen ions with minerals contained in the Tricholoma matsutake for obtaining large amount of mineral concentrate. A storage tank receives the mineral concentrate for storing by the concentration, and supplies the mineral concentrate to the outside. The content of vanadium is at least 9 ppb.
