PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite magnetic core which is suitable for reducing loss of a reactor for large current and capable of being manufactured by a simple method, and also to provide a reactor configuration.SOLUTION: An annular composite magnetic core includes: a set of powder magnetic cores arranged in parallel to each other; and a set of laminated magnetic cores which are arranged opposite to each other via the powder magnetic cores and each of which is a laminate of a magnetic metal sheet. In the powder magnetic core, a magnetic gap is arranged in at least one of spaces between the powder magnetic cores and the laminated magnetic cores. Each of the powder magnetic cores is equipped with at least one rectangular parallelepiped shaped powder magnetic core block. The powder magnetic core block has the roundness in four ridges parallel to each other. The powder magnetic core block is arranged so that the ridges having the roundness are opposed to the end surfaces of the laminated magnetic cores. |
