PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working system in which adjustment time of production conditions can be shortened without bringing about a rise in cost, and to provide an adjustment method of the working system.SOLUTION: A pressurizing roller thermometer for measuring temperature of the pressurizing rollers is provided in a pressurizing apparatus for rolling and compressing a workpiece with two pressurizing rollers. A control device measures the thickness of the workpiece after pressurization, sets a gap and corrected bending pressure to the pressurizing apparatus so that the thickness of the workpiece during operation time of the pressurizing apparatus is within the specification, and the set gap and the set corrected bending pressure are related to the temperatures of the pressurizing rollers during operation time of the pressurizing apparatus and are preserved in a storing means. When the pressurizing apparatus is operated again, the temperature of the pressurizing rollers is obtained, the set values of the gap and the corrected bending pressure corresponding to the preserved temperature are set to the pressurizing apparatus. |
