PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid powder cosmetic having excellent molding property and shock resistance, giving a smooth touch during application, having excellent adhesiveness to skin, suppressing a powdery appearance and making a rough skin condition such as pores less visible.SOLUTION: A solid powder cosmetic comprises the following components (A) to (E): (A) 2 to 30 mass% of synthetic phlogopite and/or iron-containing synthetic phlogopite; (B) 1 to 12 mass% of an organic planar powder material; (C) 1 to 20 mass% of boron nitride; (D) 5 to 20 mass% of a spherical powder material having an average particle diameter of 0.2 to 10 μm; and (E) 2 to 15 mass% of oil that is liquid at 25°C. The mass proportions of the components (A) and (C) satisfy (A)/(C)=0.2 to 2; and the mass proportions of the components (A), (B) and (C) satisfy (A)/((B)+(C))=0.1 to 1.5. |
