PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condition change detecting apparatus capable of immediately detecting a change in condition of a subject due to sympathetic nerve activation.SOLUTION: A data collecting section 11 of a condition change detecting apparatus 1 acquires pulse wave data obtained by continuously measuring a subject from a sphygmograph 2. A pulse wave analyzing section 12 extracts waveform data per cycle from the pulse wave data and compares an average waveform pattern stored in a data storage section 10 with the extracted waveform data to detect whether deformation is included in the waveform in the signal of the maximum amplitude of the extracted waveform data. If the deformation in waveform is detected from the waveform data, a condition determining section 13 outputs a signal showing a change in condition of the subject. |
