The present invention relates to a method for extracting Acorus calamus var. angustatus-derived beta-asarone using supercritical fluid extraction, and more specifically, to a method for extracting Acorus calamus var. angustatus oil containing a large amount of beta-asarone, comprising the steps of: grinding Acorus calamus var. angustatus; extracting the ground Acorus calamus var. angustatus through supercritical fluid extraction using supercritical carbon dioxide and a co-solvent at 40-60 °C and at 200-400 bar; and concentrating the Acorus calamus var. angustatus extract. Accordingly, it is possible to provide an essential oil containing a large amount of beta-asarone from Acorus calamus var. angustatus extracted by the extraction method.
