The invention also relates to the use of a GSK-3 inhibitor to accelerate the peptide-mediated shift in secretion profile of lymphocytes from pro-inflammatory to anti-inflammatory cytokines. The GSK-3 inhibitor may be used to enhance antigen-specific immunotherapy.</p> |
