<p>A central air conditioning system and a control method therefor. The method comprises: respectively arranging regional flow balance valves (10) used for controlling the flow of return water branch pipes on each return water branch pipe, respectively arranging energy balance valves (15) on return water pipes of each end fan coil pipe (16), detecting the flow in the return water branch pipe, adjusting the flow in the return water branch pipe (28) to be smaller than or equal to a set value of the branch pipe; and detecting the return water temperature in the return water pipe of the end fan coil pipe (16), after controlling the return water temperature in the return water pipe of the end fan coil pipe (16) to be greater than or equal to a set value of the end return water temperature, detecting the room temperature, and adjusting an opening (15) of each energy balance valve by a temperature controller (23).</p> |
