A crankcase ventilation system is provided to tune up an elastic member easily and to improve the accuracy of pressure control by controlling the pressure of blow-by gas with one elastic member. A crankcase ventilation system comprises a case(200) including a top portion, a bottom portion and a side wall connecting the top portion and the bottom portion to seal the inside hermetically, an inlet pipe(270) connected to the lower part of the side wall of the case to let blow-by gas in, a blow-by gas passage(234) installed to the inside of the case, connected to the inlet pipe to get supplied with blow-by gas and composed of a top portion perforated to move the influent blow-by gas upward and a bottom portion closed by a diaphragm, a filter(236) installed to the inside of the case and connected to the top portion of the blow-by gas passage to filter the engine oil contained in the blow-by gas, an outlet pipe(280) connected to the upper part of the side wall of the case to exhaust the filtered blow-by gas, an oil passage(238) flowing out the filtered engine oil from the blow-by gas downward, and a recovery pipe(290) connected to the lower part of the side wall of the case to collect the filtered engine oil. |
