PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an alkyd resin increases the molecular weight of a resin, accelerates the solidification of enamel paint, and provides an alkyd resin capable of improving roller workability. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an alkyd resin comprises a step of mixing a first aliphatic acid with an iodine range of 100-135, a second aliphatic acid with an iodine range of 50-70, a polyatomic acid, and polyhydric alcohol and conducting a polymerization at a first reaction temperature; a second polymerization step polymerizing a medium product after the first polymerization step at a second reaction temperature higher than the first reaction temperature. The amounts of the first aliphatic acid, second aliphatic acid, polyatomic acid, and polyhydric acid contained are 80-99, 1-20, 25-40, and 20-30 parts by weight respectively. |
