摘要 PURPOSE: An optimizing method of tumor necrosis factor receptor type 2 (TNFR2) is provided to verify if an O-glycosylation site and an N-glycosylation site are unnecessary in TNFR2-Fc and to remove the sites, thereby minimizing side effects of a drug because the sites are smaller than the size of full length TNFR2 protein. CONSTITUTION: A method for improving efficiency of TNFR2 comprises the steps of removing an O-glycosylation site, an N-glycosylation site, or O-glycosylation and N-glycosylation sites. The O-glycosylation site is 202th to 252th amino acids from N-terminal of TNFR2. The N-glycosylation site is 28th, 31st, or 34th amino acid from N-terminal of TNFR2. The 34th amino acid (proline) is substituted with asparagine in the N-glycosylation site.
