PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the attachment of a guide plate to an advancing/reversing change lever with a high degree of accuracy without complicating attachment work. SOLUTION: A working vehicle includes an oscillation support shaft 21 supporting the advancing/reversing change lever 16 in a free and oscillatory operable manner across an advancing position capable of changing a traveling direction to advancing travel and a reversing position capable of changing it to reverse travel, and the guide plate 24 with a guide 23 engaged with the advancing/reversing change lever 16 and capable of selectively guiding the advancing/reversing change lever 16 to the advancing position and the reverse position. The guide plate 24 includes a fixed part 32 fixed in a support member 22 of the oscillation support shaft 21, and a support shaft insertion hole 35 for inserting the oscillation support shaft 21 and making the oscillation support shaft 21 and the guide plate 24 engaged with each other. The advancing/reversing change lever 16 includes an engagement shaft 30 engaged with the guide 23. The engagement shaft 30 is arranged substantially in parallel with the oscillation support shaft 21, and the guide 23 is formed on a plate surface orthogonal to the oscillation support shaft 21.
