PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile performance device which can enhance interests of players with performance actions enriched in unexpectedness and dynamic images looking by driving a decoration body rotatable relative to a game board and a moving body movable in a prescribed direction so arranged as to overlap with each other longitudinally with separate drive sources, and a game machine with the same. SOLUTION: The front frame 50F of a lift frame 50 is arrayed while being sandwiched between the central character plate 30C and the rear frame 10R of a rotary frame 10. The lift frame 50 (front frame 50F) is movable vertically independent of the rotary frame 10, while keeping an overlapping state on the front side of the rotary frame 10 longitudinally. A front side unit 9 is provided with a lift frame motor 150 and a drive arm 151 for driving the lift frame 50 as a drive system for vertically moving the lift frame 50 and the guide mechanism 160 arranged between a parallel crank mechanism 140 and the central character plate 30C.
