PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric erected/tilted headrest device that performs stable erecting/tilting operation while inhibiting rapid erecting/tilting operation. SOLUTION: The erected/tilted headrest device is provided above a seat back 12 of a vehicle seat. The device includes a headrest stay 15, which supports and operates a headrest 13 having a surface skin and a cushion, a headrest operating device 16, which is mounted with one end part of the headrest stay 15 so as to allow the headrest stay 15 to perform vertical movement and erecting/tilting movement, and a motor assembly 17 that drives the headrest operating device 16. The headrest operating device 16 has a conversion part for changing rotational movement transmitted from the motor assembly 17 into vertical movement, and an interlocking part for interlocking the headrest stay 15 with vertical movement and erecting/tilting movement by the converted vertical movement.
