<p>The pressure regulating valve (10) has two valve stages (20,42), where the former valve stage is provided for a smaller flow rate within an operating region of the pressure regulating valve. The latter valve stage is provided for a larger flow rate within another operating region of the pressure regulating valve. The former valve stage is formed as magnetic valve and the latter valve stage is formed as hydraulic valve.
