[Solution] A rectangular thin panel conveyance unit according to the present invention includes a plurality of sets of four corner modules (100), and vibration suppressing bodies (300) for rectangular thin panels in a fixed shape. The corner module (100) has a support surface to support each corner portion of the rectangular thin panel from a lower side. At each corner portion, stacking the corner modules (100) in a columnar shape in the vertical direction stacks a plurality of rectangular thin panels in the vertical direction. At this time, the vibration suppressing body (300) has the thickness that is equal to or less than the distance between the support surfaces of the corner modules (100) adjacent to one another in the vertical direction. The vibration suppressing bodies (300) are disposed on each of a top surface and an inferior surface of the rectangular thin panel such that the vibration suppressing body (300) faces a planar portion (302) of each rectangular thin panel to restrict amplitude of vibration of the rectangular thin panel in the vertical direction, which is caused by conveyance of the plurality of stacked rectangular thin panels, within a predetermined range.
