Creating a lined bore by use of a percussion mole

A method for creating a lined bore 10 in the ground 5 involves releasably attaching a bore-liner 20 to a percussion mole 100; driving the mole 100 into the ground 5 in a forward direction, to create the bore, wherein the bore-liner is pulled behind the mole 100 so as to line the bore; and retrieving the mole 100 in a backward direction through the lined bore. Retrieval may be accomplished by driving of pulling the mole 100 in a backward direction.
