摘要 A current output type digital-analog conversion circuit which outputs a current signal includes a decoder for decoding higher-order bits of input digital data, a plurality of binary current generators, and a current adder. Each of the binary current generators includes a device for outputting a binary current which increases linearly as binary values according to lower-order bits of the input digital data, and a device for outputting a predetermined all-ON current. Either the device for outputting the binary current or the element for outputting the all-ON current of the binary current generator is selected according to a decode signal output by the decoder. The current adder adds up and outputs the binary currents and the all-ON currents output by the plurality of binary current generators.
