<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent pad which successfully absorbs excreted liquids in the size given in advance and is used by separating it into a small size when needed. <P>SOLUTION: The absorbent pad 1 is equipped with a liquid-permeable first sheet 11, a second sheet 12, and two absorbers 21, 22 sandwiched between both sheets 11, 12. The first sheet 11 and the second sheet 12 are pulled out to the lower surface side between the absorber 21 and the absorber 22. A pleat 131 formed by pulling out the first and second sheets 11, 12 is temporally joined to the lower surface of the other part of the second sheet 12. Since the absorbers 21, 22 are close to each other, the absorbent pad 1 successfully absorbs urine of a wearer.
