PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a genetic polymorphism determination system which can determine genetic polymorphism in high accuracy. SOLUTION: This genetic polymorphism determination system includes a genetic polymorphism determination chip 100, a mixing device 68 for mixing a nucleic acid with a first oligonucleotide and a second oligonucleotide, a measurement device 64 for measuring the first measurement value of the first oligonucleotide bound to the nucleic acid and the second measurement value of the second oligonucleotide bound to the nucleic acid for each concentration, and a determination device 69 for determining the bound type of the nucleic acid from the first and second measurement values for each concentration. The genetic polymorphism determination chip 100 has a plurality of reaction vessels, and the first oligonucleotide complementary with the first allele-having target sequence of the genetic polymorphism and the second oligonucleotide complementary with the second allele-having target sequence of the genetic polymorphism, stored in a plurality of the reaction vessels in different concentrations, respectively.
