PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of access concentration, redundancy securing, and a cost in a conventional intensive monitoring server system. SOLUTION: A plurality of communication apparatuses are connected via a network in the present invention. Each communication apparatus includes: a database for storing information of a predetermined specified information kind concerning the whole communication apparatuses of the plurality of communication apparatuses; a change detection unit for detecting a change in its own apparatus; an information transmission unit for adding the information kind and its own apparatus ID to change information of its own apparatus and notifying other apparatuses of it by broadcasting when the change detection unit has detected the change of its own apparatus; an information reception unit for receiving a broadcast notification from another apparatus; an information discrimination unit for reading the information kind added to the broadcast notification received by the information reception unit, and discriminating whether the information kind is the predetermined assigned information kind of its own apparatus or not; and an information update unit for reading the change information when the information kind is the assigned information kind of its own apparatus, and updating the information in the database.
