PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid delay of output timing in a vibration-type measuring device for calculating the average value of time difference obtained by a plurality of vibrations. SOLUTION: A flow rate measurement control circuit 400 of the vibration-type measuring device includes an intrinsic safety barrier circuit 420, an excitation circuit 440, an integration circuit 460, and a flow rate signal generating section 470. The flow rate signal generating section 470 includes a first time difference arithmetic circuit 480, a second time difference arithmetic circuit 490, a first averaging circuit 500, a second averaging circuit 510, a correction arithmetic circuit 520, a first flow rate conversion circuit 530, and a second flow rate conversion circuit 540. When a sensor tube is vibrated at a predetermined vibration frequency by a vibrator 160, the first time-difference arithmetic circuit 480 calculates the time difference a for each detection signal obtained by a pair of pickups 180 and 200 at a high speed.
