PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent, when a colony to undergo an identification test with a mass spectrometer is the same as a colony to undergo a drug sensitivity test, any culture medium component from being mixed into a sample for analysis with the mass spectrometer, and to prevent, when bacteria extraction is done from one to another of a plurality of colonies, contamination with any different colony from affecting the rest. SOLUTION: A system comprises a bacteria extractor 201 for mass spectrometry that comes into contact with a colony of bacteria and samples a colony piece for mass spectrometry that sticks to the extractor and a liquid flow path 203 having a liquid outlet toward the bacteria extractor 201 for mass spectrometry, wherein the colony piece for mass spectrometry can be desorbed with desorbing liquid that flows out of the liquid outlet. A bacteria extracting tool provided with a sensor for detecting the colony height in the bacteria extractor 201 for mass spectrometry is used for extracting bacteria. A colony piece for drug sensitivity testing is extracted with a bacteria extractor 202 for drug sensitivity testing after the extraction of the colony piece for mass spectrometry with the bacteria extractor 201 for mass spectrometry.
