The bush (2) has a form-closure element integrally formed with a bush body (20) and/or a head portion (21) of the bush for deformation with the bush. The form-closure element is connected with a component (1) in a form-fit manner. The head portion is transversely extended with respect to a bush body. The form-closure element is provided at an end of the bush body opposite to the head portion. The form-closure element is formed as projection portions (23, 23') of the bush body and/or the head portion. An independent claim is also included for a method for avoiding a relative movement between a bush and a component coupled with the bush.
