Exhaust assembly

The present invention provides for an exhaust assembly for directing a fluid. The exhaust assembly includes a housing defining a cavity along a longitudinal axis, at least one internal treatment device disposed in the cavity of the housing, and a valve body mounted to the housing and coupled to the internal treatment device. The valve body defines a passageway along a central axis generally parallel with the longitudinal axis. The valve body has an inlet, a first outlet and a second outlet spaced from each other along the central axis. The exhaust assembly also includes a vane coupled to the valve body and rotatable about a pivot axis between a first position and a second position. The first position blocks the second outlet for directing the fluid through the first outlet and the second position blocks the first outlet for directing the fluid through the second outlet.
