摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil improvement method in which an effect of a reaction product of a silica injection material in an overall soil improvement area is reduced so that sulfuric acid ions in contact with a concrete structure or a buried object is reduced so as to protect the concrete structure and others while the consolidation with more excellent durability of silica against gel is enabled. SOLUTION: In a soil improvement method, a non-alkali silica-based injection material including sulfuric acid ions is injected in the adjacent part of a concrete structure or the adjacent part of a planned part in which the concrete structure is built after digging so as to form a soil improvement area 2. The sulfuric acid-based non-alkali silica injection material is injected so that the sulfuric acid ion concentration in a consolidated soil under an underground water level 2 in the soil improvement area or the overall soil improvement area can be 10000 ppm or less in average partially.
