Method for injection moulding of a foam plastic material

The method involves preparing heated foamed material (26). The foamed material is injected in a heated mold (3), and the mold is cooled, where entire interior surfaces of the mold are homogeneously heated and temperature of an active surface of the mold during an injection step is greater than softening temperature of the material. A portion of gas (24) i.e. nitrogen, present in the foamed material is discharged during an injection process and during a propagation phase of the material in entire mold cavity (33), where the discharging step is performed at the active surface of the mold.
