The utility model provides a camera lens and a camera device using the camera lens. The camera lens has the advantages of wide angle, good correction of distortion, small size and low price. In the technical proposal, a camera lens (1) is provided with a first lens (L1), a second lens (L2), a third lens (L3), an aperture diaphragm (St) and a fourth lens (L4) in sequence from the object side; wherein the first lens (L1) has a negative focal power and a meniscus shape with the concave surface facing the image side; the second lens (L2) has a negative focal power and a non-spherical shape with at least one surface; the third lens (L3) has a positive focal power and a non-spherical shape with at least one surface; and the fourth lens (L4) has a positive focal power and a non-spherical shape with at least one surface. The focal length (f) of the whole system of the camera lens (1) and the focal length (f4) of the lens (L4) meet the following formula (1): the product of dividing f by f4 is more than 2.37 but less than 3.33.
