The container has an interchangeable portion (7) with a plastic base (7a), that is fixed with a base portion. A plastic sleeve (7b) is fixed with a sleeve portion (4). The sleeve portion is independent of the rotatable connection between the plastic base and plastic sleeve, and is axially fixed with the base portion. The plastic sleeve of the interchangeable portion is connected with the sleeve portion by an elastic element (3). A lid (6) is provided on the sleeve portion. The elastic element is rested against the inner jacket surface of the sleeve portion.
