<p>A composite material for water or wastewater treatment is described. The composite material has a buoyant substrate, an adsorbant for adsorbing organic compounds, a photocatalyst for degrading organic compounds, and an enhancer for facilitating mass transfer between the adsorbent and the photocatalyst, increasing the selectivity of the composite material, or for proving the photocatalytic efficiency is described. The adsorbent, photocatalyst, and enhancer are immobilized on the substrate.</p> |
