PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a sorting guide plate 14 which sorts and guides cards into a card storage 12 and a card discharge port 8 easily take out nonstandard cards or the like which enter in a temporary storage while maintaining accuracy capable of surely sorting and guiding thin cards. SOLUTION: The card processor guides an inserted card type storage medium C to one of the inside of a card storage 12, the outside of the card discharge port 8, and the outside of a card insertion port 4 via a card passage 6, is provided with the sorting guide plate 14 which is provided between the card storage 12 and the card discharge port 8, and guides the card type storage medium C to be guided on the card passage 6 by sorting it into the side of the card storage 12 or the side of the card discharge port 8, wherein the sorting guide plate 14 is movable to a direction 101 different from an operation direction of the sorting guide plate 14 so as to expose a part or all of the card storage 12 to the outside.
