<p>The device (1) has a base plate (2) that is spaced from the support portions (3-5) for holding the device. The opposite side of the base plate is located on a garment. A fastening unit is configured to fasten to the garment and the base plate is provided with the stabilizing agents (8,10). The stabilizing agents have a recess in the base board.
